Individual Therapy
You’re here, which likely means life has presented a challenge that led you to consider speaking with someone. If you’re experiencing anxiety, despair, confusion or grief, and have a bit of hope to feel better, you’ve come to the right place. Individual therapy may be the right fit for you. You deserve a safe space to process your emotions and heal. I provide in-person and virtual sessions for adults in New Jersey.
Support Groups
Support groups provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to share their experiences, connect with others, and gain emotional strength. Groups help reduce feelings of isolation and foster resilience by creating a community of understanding and encouragement. I offer virtual support group facilitation to those desiring peer and professional support.
Supervision
Clinical supervision provides structured guidance and support to enhance professional development and ensure ethical, competent practice. Through focused feedback, case consultation, and skill-building, supervision helps social workers refine their clinical expertise, improve decision-making, and navigate complex client situations. I am here to help you foster accountability, promote growth, and uphold the highest standard of care in practice.
Exam Preparation
For many, taking a career-defining exam can cause significant anxiety, making it hard to recall important information even with thorough preparation. Continuing Education
Post-graduate mental health education excels through interactive, experiential learning—essential for our work in engaging with people. My goal is to foster a stimulating and supportive environment for you to learn. I tailor my methods to different learning styles to ensure the learning experience is both effective and enjoyable. Conferences & Workshops
Speaking at conferences allows professionals to share expertise, engage with diverse audiences, and foster dialogue on important topics. Engaging presentations can inspire attendees & promote knowledge exchange. I’ve had the rewarding experience of leading workshops for organizations such as Young Survival Coalition, Living Beyond Breast Cancer, SHARE, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Stupid Cancer. Reiki
Reiki is a holistic healing technique that aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy in wellness practices to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. In-person, individual reiki sessions available.
Mindfulness & Meditation
“I can’t shut off my brain”…a common sentiment of meditation. Mindfulness and meditation are evidence-based practices that enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation, not by turning OFF the brain, by tuning IN with yourself. Focusing on the present moment helps to gain clarity and promote overall well-being. Individual and group sessions available.
Travel Anxiety Support
You’re here because you have upcoming travel plans, or maybe you’ve already arrived. But instead of excitement and freedom, anxiety is getting in the way.
